Anti Hebbian Rules
Refers to a class of learning-rules which contain a negative minimal hebbian rule.
For example the formula \[ \Delta{w_{ij}} = - \alpha v_i v_j \] is a anti hebbian rule because it quite literally weakens the synaptic connection between neurons when they fire together often.
