Is a (performance) [see page 16, measure] of the ratio of the power of a signal before and after acoustic-echo-cancelation.
The recommended value for this by the ITU-T G.167 is 40 dB, with a maximum delay of AEC being 2ms (meaning if you wait longer than this than the input could've changed and the calculation results are no longer relevant).
