The first part of contract negotiation.
An unequivocal indication of a willingness to be legally bound by a promise if
the terms of the offer are met - includes all the essential terms ([see page 16, [source](MGT388-law-w01)]).
Offers can be:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Bilateral | One to one. |
| Unilateral | One to a group of people (or the whole world). |
Note: An offer may auto lapse after a reasonable period of time.
